Microwave
• Thaw product in chiller (0°C – 4°C) overnight, or submerge in cold running water for 30 minutes
• Transfer contents into a microwave-safe container
• Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes
• Serve immediately with hot steamed rice
Stove / Induction Cooker
• Thaw product as above
• Pour contents into a pot over medium heat
• Heat up for 3-4 minutes on the stove or induction cooker
Do not reheat more than once. Best consumed immediately after heating.
• Store frozen at -18°C or below
• Best consumed within 9 months from date of manufacture
• Once thawed, consume within 24 hours — do not refreeze

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
