These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pffood.com.my (“Website”) and the purchase of products from Putra Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“PF Food”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order on this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, and

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.

2. Products & Information

  • All products sold on this Website are frozen food products intended for consumption after proper storage and reheating.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual packaging or appearance may vary.

  • Product descriptions, ingredients, and reheating instructions are provided to the best of our knowledge and may be updated from time to time.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated.

  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

4. Delivery & Fulfilment

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Delivery is subject to courier availability, service coverage, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

5. Cold Chain Responsibility

  • Our products are shipped using cold delivery methods to maintain frozen integrity.

  • Once delivery is completed and the order is marked as delivered, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.

  • PF Food is not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage, delayed collection, or unattended deliveries after successful delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of frozen food products, returns are generally not accepted.

  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Product damaged during delivery

    • Product quality issues supported by evidence

All refund and return matters are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive claims

  • Attempt to disrupt the Website’s operation or security

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to users who breach these Terms.
