Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are frozen, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, we will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • the product arrives damaged,

  • the item delivered is incorrect, or

  • there is a quality issue, supported with photo/video proof.

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

1 . Product Information

Are PF Food products Halal?

Yes, all PF Food products are HALAL-certified.

What certifications do you have?

PF Food products are produced in a certified facility that complies with strict food safety standards, including:

  • HALAL certification

  • MESTI / GMP / HACCP

Are your products fully cooked or raw?

We offer both:

  • Ready-to-Eat: fully cooked — just heat & serve

  • Ready-to-Cook: requires simple cooking

How long can your frozen products be stored?
  • Freezer shelf life: Up to 9 months

  • RTE: Consume within same day after opening

  • RTC: Consume within 3–5 days after opening

How should I store PF Food products?

Keep all items frozen at –18°C until use. After receiving your order, store immediately in the freezer.

Do your products contain preservatives?

No. PF Food products are made using quality ingredients without added preservatives.

2. Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add items to cart → Checkout → Fill in your details → Pay → Done. You will receive an order confirmation email after payment.

Do I need an account to order?

No, but creating an account allows you to collect store credit and track orders easily.

Can I amend my order after placing it?

Yes — you may contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Any amounts already paid will be credited as store credit to your PF Food account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — cancellations are allowed within 1 hour. Refunds are issued as store credit that you can use anytime. Once your order is packed or handed to a third party logistic provider, cancellation is not possible.

3. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay Curlec:

  • Online banking
  • Debit/credit cards
  • FPX
  • E-wallets (GrabPay, Boost, TnG, etc.)
Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

No, COD is not available.

Do you charge any extra payment fees?

No, you only pay the amount shown during checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere covered by third party logistic provider nationwide. The checkout page will automatically show whether delivery is available for your address.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 1–2 working days after your order is processed.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

Anyone at the delivery address may receive the order. Please store items in the freezer immediately upon receiving.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Delivery schedules follow third party logistic provider’s operating days. Some areas may not deliver on Sundays/public holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged/bad quality or wrong?

Contact us immediately when received with photo/video proof. We will provide a replacement or store credit refund.

Do you offer self-collection?

Not at the moment.
